Shipping terms

  • No minimum order volume.
  • Orders over 1,000 SEK (incl. VAT) are shipped free of charge within Sweden. For order amounts between 0-999 SEK (net, incl. VAT), the shipping cost is from 79 SEK incl. VAT and upwards, depending on the customer's chosen shipping service and the weight of the package, according to the price list shown in the checkout. Orders to Norway cost from 179 NOK.

It should be easy to find what you need at Tölta.

That's why we strive to have a wide range, with different product options for you to choose from. This means that we have more products in the range than we have the ability to stock.

We work with good suppliers who stock all products and can deliver to us quickly. There is a stream of deliveries from them every week, based on what our customers have ordered.

Therefore, we can normally deliver your package within 6 working days. If for some reason it takes longer, we will contact you to let you know.

Goods that we have in stock are delivered the same day if the order is placed before 12 noon, otherwise the following day. It is not possible to read on the product page in the shop whether the item is in stock or not.

If you are in a hurry, or it is important that your delivery arrives by a certain date, please contact us and we will give you more specific information about the products you are interested in. Email kontakt@tolta.se , contact customer service or chat with us directly here in the shop.

  • To the extent that the ordered products are available, we will ship the goods within 6 days of the order confirmation being sent. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following weekday at the earliest. The shipping company's delivery times are additional and are usually 2-5 days within Sweden. Variations may occur depending on where in the country the delivery is to take place. For international orders, it takes an additional number of days, depending on customs clearance.
  • In some cases, the delivery time is longer than normal. In such cases, this is stated in the product information for the individual product.
  • In the event of a delivery delay of more than 6 days, you will be notified by email or telephone. If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you are welcome to contact us at the email address : kontakt@tolta.se .
  • In the event of a delivery delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase (as long as it happens before the package leaves Tölta's warehouse.
  • If an agreement contrary to §2, paragraph 1 is concluded before the goods are delivered, or if the agreement has already been concluded and we are unable to deliver the ordered goods due to circumstances beyond our control or due to the content of the agreement, we reserve the right to refuse delivery. In this case, you will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be returned immediately.
  • There will be no automatic follow-up deliveries if the item becomes available again later. Residual and special quantities will only be delivered while stocks last and at the price stated when ordering.
  • We do not offer partial deliveries. If an item is out of stock, you have the choice of letting the entire delivery wait for the delayed item or splitting the order into two.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use if you are missing or want to follow your delivery. It will be sent to you via email when your goods are on their way.
  • If you have not received your delivery within 8 days of the delivery confirmation being sent, please contact us at kontakt@tolta.se with your name, order number and tracking number, and we will investigate what happened.
