Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods (the withdrawal period). If you return the goods unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging, we will refund the amount you paid for them.
If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify us. The message must clearly state which purchase it is and that you are canceling the purchase. If you wish, you can use the form that the Swedish Consumer Agency has developed.
The Swedish Consumer Agency's form for the right of withdrawal can be found here.
Please note that it is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal if you do not collect your package or do not receive a delivery. NOTE! Unclaimed goods will be charged SEK 150 plus shipping.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, the following applies:
- You must notify us of your withdrawal. The message, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, must be sent to kontakt@tolta.se within 14 days of receiving the goods. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and the goods to which the return applies.
- You should immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the notice of withdrawal return the products to us (address below).
- You will have to pay the direct costs of returning the goods, i.e. return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging. You are therefore responsible for the reduced value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. It is not permitted to write, paste or tape on the original packaging of the goods, which must be intact and reusable. Return shipping is possible to purchase through us, at a cost of 79 SEK. - The refund will be made without undue delay, as soon as the goods have returned to Tölta's warehouse.
- The shipping cost from the time of purchase is not refundable.
- Refunds will be made using the payment method you used for the purchase.
