Send us a message that you want to return an item, either through customer service in the store or via email: kontakt@tolta.se . Enter your name and order number and tell us why you regret it, what you want instead (new item, money back, etc.). Then we can prepare the case so that the handling goes faster.
- In order for us to be able to resell the product to another customer, it is important that it is in a saleable condition. Therefore, we ask that you fold and return the product to its original packaging , in the same way it was when you received it.
- Please send the delivery note that came with the item , so that we can easily identify it. Write a comment about the reason for the return and the desired action. Then pack it in a suitable outer packaging, preferably the one the item came in (but this is not a requirement, it can just as easily be some other packaging).

- You pay the return shipping, and choose the shipping method you prefer (you have 14 days to have the package delivered after you have reported the return). We offer the option to purchase return shipping through us. Then the return shipping costs 79 SEK and is trackable, for extra security. Please state this when you notify us that you wish to make a complaint about the product.
- As soon as the item is back at Tölta's warehouse and handled (can take up to a week after the item arrives in Gothenburg depending on the shipping method you have chosen), the action you have chosen will be carried out and you will receive a notification that it has been done.
