Tölta.se was started after a series of trips to Iceland and many great riding experiences among mountains and grazing sheep. From this, a passion for Icelandic horses and Iceland has emerged, which only grows every time we are there. On our travels we have met many talented entrepreneurs and craftsmen who, in addition to their horse and sheep farming, manufacture and sell different types of products and services.

The love of horses, the fascination for the fantastic island and culture, and the network of contacts we have created there, have been the basis for why Tölta.se was started.

Together with the experience that it is difficult to find the right products, inadequate product information that makes it difficult to understand what choices you have, and almost impossible to get an overview of what is offered on the market for Icelandic horse-related products, it felt like Tölta.se has a role to fill in the Swedish market.

We have also noticed that it is very difficult to find good riding equipment for men. Something that Icelanders find very strange. After all, men are the target group for riding equipment there. But surely there are many guys who ride Icelandic horses in Sweden too? We also wanted to tackle this, and have as good a range of equipment for men as possible.
